My doctor told me the same thing. But what she meant was that I cannot have too much protein. That means, I need as much as I can or want because no amount was too much.

I have trouble digesting vegetables, so a good green drink is really important to me.
I have juiced greens and carrots for some time. However, expense and time spent juicing has come into play. Taking a green juice would be a good replacement. I do consume other supplements as well. I’m 70 and take no prescription drugs. Staying healthy is very important. Taking Patriot Power Greens presently and like it.
I am very happy to hear that at 70 you are able to be as active as you are. I am 51 and I swear sometimes my elbows and knees hurt so bad when I stand up they make a horrible cracking sound. I have never tried green drinks but I am willing to try anything if it will help with the pain in my joints.
I need one with magnesium my body can tolerate, I struggle with anxiety and want to stop taking my perscription.
I started using Epigenetic Epi-Greens and feel they are helping me. I have been juicing for a health condition and I am finding it cumbersome. Epi-Greens say they are better than juicing. Now when I try the first container of the epi-greens and want to order more they are out of stock. I do not want to stop doing what I believe is helping me. I have no experience on super greens drink. I believe also fruits in the morning and veggies in the noon n night and fruits as dessert. I think i have country farms super greens alkalizing at home and i love it!! I made my own sorbort!ice cream… Any comments suggestions?
